Day One
IMPLEMENTING HOTMA
A new one day class that will be available as public and private seminars to discuss the implementation of HOTMA for Tax Credits, HOME, Trust Fund, PHA Vouchers, Project Based Section 8, 202/8/PRAC and Rural Development 515. The class will discuss assets, income and allowances, current regulations and HOTMA changes effective 1/1/25
Day Two and Three
A two-day seminar to become a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) for Low Income Housing Tax Credit. Now including the “Income Averaging Set-Aside” and HOTMA updates C3P Agenda 2024
