A new, one-day class to discuss the implementation of HOTMA for Tax Credits, HOME, Trust Fund, PHA Vouchers, Project Based Section 8,202/8/PRAC and Rural Development 515. The Spectrum HOTMA class covers every change brought about by this legislation and incorporates 5.609 regulations with the HOTMA law and gives a detailed overview of assets, income, and allowances. The reference book is color-coded to show regulations that stayed the same when HOTMA was implemented, regulations that will expire, and the HOTMA law changes that go into effect.
