A new one day class that will be available as public and private seminars to discuss the implementation of HOTMA for Tax Credits, HOME, Trust Fund, PHA Vouchers, Project Based Section 8, 202/8/PRAC and Rural Development 515. The class will discuss assets, income and allowances, current regulations and HOTMA changes effective 1/1/25
